Terms of Service

Last updated: September 28, 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Fansvi, including our website, applications and services (together, the "Platform"). They are a contract between you and the company that operates Fansvi (the "Operator", "we" or "us"), which is identified in our Legal Notice, linked at the foot of every page. By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility, strictly 18+

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher, to access or use the Platform in any way. By using the Platform you represent and certify that you meet this requirement, that adult material is lawful where you are, and that you are not accessing the Platform on behalf of anyone under 18.

We ask every visitor to confirm this before entering, and we ask every account holder to confirm it again before her first paid action. We may require identity and age verification at any time, and we terminate accounts that fail it. Parents and guardians can restrict access to adult sites using commercially available filtering software.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You may not share, sell or transfer your account, and you may not create an account if we previously suspended or banned you.

3. Creator accounts, identity and age verification

Creator accounts are for women only. A creator account must belong to a woman, and the person shown on the identity document must be the woman who holds the account. An account that does not meet this is refused, or closed if it was already approved.

Fansvi is a platform for real people. Creator accounts must belong to a real woman who is the person shown in the content. AI generated personas, virtual characters, computer generated models and photographs of people who do not exist are not permitted, and accounts based on them are refused or removed. Every uploaded image is checked automatically for signs of image generation.

No creator account can publish anything until the person behind it has been verified. Before we approve a creator for publishing we require, and keep on file, a government-issued photo identity document showing her legal name and date of birth, a liveness check tying the person holding that document to the person in it and to the account, every stage name and alias she publishes under, and a signed declaration that she is the person appearing in the content she uploads and holds the rights to publish it.

Verification is a condition of publishing and of being paid, not a formality. We re-verify where an account changes hands, where the person in the content does not appear to match the person verified, or where we are asked to by a payment provider or an authority. Providing another person's documents, or verifying an account on someone else's behalf, ends the account permanently.

4. Consent of everyone who appears in content

Every identifiable person appearing in content published on the Platform must have consented, in writing and in advance, to that content being created and published here, and must have been at least 18 years old when it was made.

Where anyone other than the verified account holder appears in a depiction, the creator must supply, before publication, a government-issued photo identity document for that person, every alias that person has used, and a signed participant consent and release covering the specific material. Content submitted without those records is held and not published.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time, and withdrawal is absolute. If a person appearing in content asks us to remove it, we remove it, whatever any earlier release says. Anyone can make that request through our complaints form without holding an account. Our record-keeping obligations are set out in our 18 U.S.C. 2257 statement.

5. Content ownership, our licence, and our right to remove

Creators keep ownership of the content they upload. By posting content you grant the Operator a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute that content on the Platform, and to make it available to fans who buy access to it from the Operator, in the Operator's own name. That licence ends when the content is removed, except for access fans have already bought and for copies we must keep to meet a legal or record-keeping obligation. What the Operator pays a creator for that licence is set out in section 7 and in the Content Creator Agreement.

We may remove any content, at any time, without notice and without the creator's agreement, where we believe it breaks these Terms, breaks our prohibited content policy, may be unlawful, is the subject of a credible consent or copyright complaint, or is required to be removed by a payment provider, a card network or an authority. Content reported as illegal or as published without consent is taken out of circulation while we investigate rather than afterwards. Removal decisions can be appealed through the complaints route in section 9.

6. Prohibited content and conduct

Our complete list of prohibited content and conduct is published at fansvi.com/prohibited-content and forms part of these Terms. In summary, and without limiting that list, the following are strictly prohibited and lead to immediate removal and account termination, and where required to reports to the authorities: any content involving minors or anyone who appears to be a minor; non-consensual content of any kind, including revenge material and hidden recordings; violence, coercion, trafficking or exploitation; bestiality, incest or depictions of incapacity; illegal drugs and other regulated goods; prostitution, escorting or the offer of in-person sexual services; the sale of physical goods; directing fans to pay outside the Platform; impersonation; sharing another person's private information; scraping, redistributing or leaking creators' paid content; and fraud, spam or any attempt to circumvent Platform payments.

Payments stay on Fansvi. Asking to be paid, or offering to pay, anywhere but on the Platform is prohibited for fans and creators alike, whether by bank transfer, card, cryptocurrency wallet, payment link, gift card or another app, and so is offering to buy or sell content outside the Platform. Sending the same unsolicited message to many people is spam, and publishing another person's contact details or other personal information without their consent is prohibited. Any of these can end the account.

Pointing fans elsewhere

You may put your own social media handle on your content as a caption or a small watermark, and you may share your own contact details with a fan in private messages. Posts, stories, videos and profiles on Fansvi may not carry QR codes, Snapcodes or any other scannable code, links to or advertising for other subscription or paid content platforms, or payment handles and payment links of any kind. Content like this is held and you are asked to upload it again without the code or the link. It does not lead to any penalty on your account.

7. Payments, subscriptions and payouts

You buy from the Operator, and the Operator is the seller. Everything sold on the Platform is sold to you by the Operator, in its own name and on its own account: access to content and services on the Platform, namely subscriptions, pay-per-view posts, paid messages and custom requests, and tips. Your contract of sale is made with the Operator, not with the creator whose content you buy, and your payment is received by the Operator into its own account as the price of what the Operator sold you. A tip is a voluntary purchase from the Operator made on a creator's page. The Operator does not receive, hold or transfer money on behalf of fans or creators, and a creator is not a party to your purchase.

Each creator chooses the price at which access to her content is offered, within the limits the Operator sets, and the price is shown in full before you buy, with nothing added afterwards.

The Operator answers to you for what you buy. As the seller, the Operator is responsible to you for taking your payment, for delivering what you bought, for refunds and for complaints about a purchase, and it is the party that answers your bank if you dispute a charge. Each creator is responsible to the Operator, under the Content Creator Agreement, for the lawfulness of her content and for holding the consent and age records of everyone who appears in it.

A monthly subscription to a creator paid by card renews every month until you cancel. You pay for the first month in full when you subscribe. If you paid by card, on each renewal date the price of the next month is charged to the same card, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel, and we email you 3 days before every renewal with the amount, the date and a one click way to cancel. If you paid any other way, in practice in cryptocurrency, the subscription runs for the month you paid for and does not renew automatically: we email you 3 days and 1 day before it ends with a link to renew for the next month at her price, and if you do not renew, nothing is charged and access to her posts for subscribers ends when the paid month is over. A subscription never renews at a higher price without your new agreement: if the creator raises her price, we email you, and the subscription ends with the month you paid for unless you agree to the new price. The date your subscription renews or ends is listed in your account under Subscriptions. A creator may also offer several months at once as a bundle: a bundle is one payment for the months chosen, it does not renew, and access ends when those months are over. No free trial converts into a paid subscription: where a creator grants free days, those days end and nothing is charged at the end of them. You can cancel the renewal at any time, and access stays until the end of the period you paid for.

You may cancel a subscription at any time, yourself, from your own account, on the creator's page or in your subscriptions list. You do not need to contact us, give a reason or wait for us to act. Cancelling stops the next renewal, keeps your access to the period you have already paid for until the end of it, and takes nothing further from you. A pay-per-view post, a paid message and a tip are single purchases and never repeat.

A fan pays at the moment of purchase. A fan pays either for a subscription to one creator, which opens her posts for subscribers for the period paid for, or for a single purchase: a pay-per-view post, a paid message or a tip. A pay-per-view post is bought separately, by subscribers too. Today payments are processed by the cryptocurrency payment processor NOWPayments, and card payments will be added. A cryptocurrency payment is made on our secure payment page for the exact price of the purchase, and it does not appear on a card statement. Any remaining Fansvi credit from before September 27, 2026 does not expire, is used first on purchases, and is refunded on request.

When card payments are added, a card payment is handled by a specialist third-party payment processor under its own PCI DSS certification: your card number is entered on that processor's systems and stored by it. Fansvi never receives or stores a full card number, and never will; we hold only the record of the payment. How a charge appears on your bank statement is published at fansvi.com/billing, in the exact wording the processor assigns, before the first card payment is taken.

How creators are paid. A creator is not paid out of a fan's payment and does not receive it. She grants the Operator the licence described in section 5, and in return the Operator pays her remuneration of 80% of the price the fan pays for her content. A creator who has agreed a promotion level with us receives the share agreed for it until its end date. The Operator pays that remuneration from its own funds to an IBAN or a PayPal account in the creator's own name, and only once her identity has been verified. Creators are responsible for their own taxes and for declaring their income.

Creator remuneration waits before it can be withdrawn. The remuneration for each sale is pending for 30 days, the period in which refunds and most card disputes arrive, and 10% of it is then held as a reserve until 120 days after the sale. For a sale paid by card, the reserve is held longer, up to day 206, because our card processor keeps its own reserve on that payment for 26 weeks and it is released to you once it has been returned to us. A refund granted to a fan and a chargeback each cancel the creator's remuneration for that sale in full, and are shown as a correction in her earnings; a chargeback is covered from the reserve first, then from pending earnings, then from the available balance. If this leaves her balance below zero, payouts are withheld until it is back above zero. When a creator account is closed or suspended, pending earnings and the reserve are held until 120 days after its last sale. The full terms are in the creator agreement.

8. Refunds and chargebacks

What you buy is digital content that is available to you the moment you pay, so a purchase is final once it is available, except in the cases below. We refund, as the seller, when the problem is on our side or the payment was not yours: content that does not load or play and that we cannot fix, a charge taken twice for the same thing, a purchase that was paid for and not delivered, a renewal charged after you had cancelled, and a payment made without your permission. Report the problem with the button "Report a problem with this purchase" on your purchases page or write to support@fansvi.com. We answer within 5 business days. A refund ends access to what it bought, and the money goes back the way it came: a card payment to the card it was paid with, which your bank usually shows within 5 to 10 business days; a cryptocurrency payment by hand, in the same coin, to a wallet address you give us; and a purchase paid with Fansvi credit back as credit. The full policy is at fansvi.com/refunds, which forms part of these Terms. A purchase made before September 28, 2026 keeps the refund on request for 30 days from the purchase that applied when it was made. Statutory rights, where they apply to you, override anything in these Terms.

Before your first purchase of unlockable content we ask you to confirm in one short box: "You will get instant access. By confirming you agree to the Terms and Refund policy." Pressing "Confirm" is your agreement, and nothing is charged until you press it. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, by confirming you expressly ask us to give you access at once, and you acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal as soon as the content is available to you. We record the date and time, the version of the wording, the address and the country you confirmed from and the purchase it was for, we store the same agreement with every card and cryptocurrency order when you press the pay button, and we repeat it in the email receipt for every purchase. You can read your own record at any time under Settings. We ask again whenever we change the wording. Until you have access, the right of withdrawal still stands, and any Fansvi credit you have not used stays refundable regardless.

Disputing a charge with your bank is your right, and we will never discourage you from using it. Reporting a problem to us first is usually faster, and it is not a condition of anything. An account behind a chargeback is closed, its subscriptions end, and the cards and devices used for it may not pay on Fansvi again; it can ask to be reopened through our appeals process. What we send the bank is set out at fansvi.com/refunds. To answer disputes and prevent fraud we keep a record of the activity on your account, as our privacy policy describes.

9. Complaints and appeals

Anyone may complain to us, with or without an account, through fansvi.com/complaints or by writing to support@fansvi.com. Every complaint is read by a person, acknowledged within 24 hours, and answered with a decision and the reason for it within 5 business days of receipt. Complaints about suspected illegal content, a minor, or content published without consent are acted on the same day.

If you disagree with a decision, including a decision to remove your content or to close your account, you may appeal by replying to us, or through fansvi.com/appeals, which is open without an account. A person reviews the case again, wherever possible somebody other than whoever decided first, on the same deadline.

How content is reviewed. Every photograph and video uploaded here is classified by automated screening before anyone else can see it. A file the screening can clear on every point is published on that screening. Anything it flags, and anything it cannot judge, is held and looked at by a person before it is published, so nothing is refused on an automated decision alone. Every decision is recorded with whoever took it, the screening named by its model or the person named by her account. When a decision restricts what you posted, we write to you with what was decided, the reason for it, whether automated means were involved, the rule it rests on, and how to contest it.

The Content Creator Agreement forms part of these Terms. The moment an account becomes a creator account, the Content Creator Agreement published at fansvi.com/creator-agreement applies to it in full and is binding as a term of this contract. It is not a separate document you have to be asked about twice: accepting these Terms accepts it, and it governs what may be published, the consent and age records that must be held for everyone appearing in the material, and what happens when any of that is missing. Where the two documents say different things about creating or selling content, the Content Creator Agreement governs.

A disputed consent goes to a neutral body, at our expense. If a person shown in material here tells us she did not consent, or that her consent is void under the law that applies to her, and we cannot establish otherwise, the material is removed with immediate effect. That removal does not wait for anybody to agree. Where we disagree that the consent is void, we do not decide the argument ourselves: it is referred to mediation before an independent mediator at Polskie Centrum Mediacji (Polish Mediation Centre), and we pay that body's fees in full, together with a translator or interpreter if she needs one, whichever way it ends and whoever asked for the referral. Either side may ask for the referral within 30 days of our written answer, and we file it within 10 business days of being asked. The material stays down for the whole of it. If the mediation ends without an agreement, or she does not take part in it, the question is settled in her favour and the material stays down permanently; it can come back only if she agrees to that in the mediation. The outcome binds us and it takes nothing away from her: she keeps every right to go to a court, a regulator or a dispute body in her own country. This is set out in full at fansvi.com/complaints.

10. Fan conduct

Access to paid content is for your personal, private use only. You may not record, screenshot, download, share or resell any content, and you may not harass, threaten or attempt to contact creators outside the Platform against their wishes. Keep your payments on the Platform, as set out in section 6: it is also what gives you a record of what you bought and a route to complain when something is not delivered. Creators may block any fan at any time.

11. Termination

You can close your account at any time, yourself, in Settings, and for 30 days afterwards you can restore it by signing in. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for other users or the Platform, or as required by law. Earned creator balances that are not connected to fraud or violations stay yours when an account is closed: they are paid out on request, by writing to support@fansvi.com, once 120 days have passed since the last sale, which is how long a bank can still reverse a payment.

12. Records and retention

Identity documents, dates of birth, alias lists and participant consent records are held in encrypted storage, separately from public profile data, and are accessible only to the people who need them for verification, compliance and legal response. They are never shown to other users and never used for marketing.

We keep them for as long as the related content is published and for the period afterwards that the law requires, including after your account closes. They are not deleted automatically: the age record has to outlive the content it covers, and you can ask us to erase them, in which case a person tells you what we are free to delete and what we must keep. Closing your account does not delete records we are legally obliged to retain, including verification and consent records for content that was published, and transaction records we must keep for accounting and anti-fraud purposes. The rest of your personal data is removed 30 days after the account is closed. Our Privacy Policy, sections 4 and 8, sets this out in full.

13. Disclaimers and liability

The Operator is the seller of every purchase made on the Platform and is responsible to you for it as section 7 describes; a creator is not a party to your purchase, and her obligations about her content run to the Operator. Apart from that, the Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and the Operator does not guarantee any level of creator earnings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fansvi's total liability for any claim related to the Platform is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you on the Platform or by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Who we are, and how to reach us

The registered name, company number, country of registration and registered address of the company operating the Platform will be published in this section, and before any payment card processing goes live. They are not shown yet because they have not been published here yet, and we do not publish registration details we cannot stand behind.

Questions about these Terms, or anything else, go to support@fansvi.com or the contact page. See also our Privacy Policy, our prohibited content policy, our refund policy and our 2257 statement, each of which forms part of these Terms.
